Cancellation Policy

At Duality Aesthetics, we reserve appointment times exclusively for each patient. To provide the highest level of care and respect everyone’s time, we require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointment Cancellations

• 72 hours or more before your appointment: No penalty
• Within 48 hours of your appointment: $100 cancellation or rescheduling fee
• No-shows: Charged the full cost of the scheduled appointment

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Deposits

• Certain treatments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• Deposits are applied toward your service and are forfeited if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled outside the cancellation window.

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
